Pei Shi wished me good luck.

Today, the new part timer sharon is suppose to learn dish up from me. I tried my best. The objective for today was for her to take rice, put kitchen receipt on the tray for service and take sauce. I really wonder am I asking too much. Upsize pepper rice she also can take wrong when it was writen on the paper in front of the rice warmer. If you dont' know, take a peek won't kill. Sauce I teached her and she doesn't refer and doesn't bring home, dishes that have sauces don't give and those doesn't have give. Putting kitchen receipt on the tray for her was a chore!!!! I have to repeat myself 3 times she then willing to put it on the tray and by the time the kitchen can finish one order. STUPID!!!

Next was my first assistant manager and problematic customer. Don't know how to talk about it. But all these thing really got me pissed off. My face was black the whole day and causing those who didn't do anything also got stared by me. So Sorry.

Then night was service with kenneth and another CHAOS!!!! I AM SO DYING!!!
